1. About Us

ZCSucculents is a small independent succulent nursery based at 1 The Barn Bunny Lane, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 9BY, United Kingdom. By creating an account or making a purchase through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your Account

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a way that is harmful to other customers or to ZCSucculents.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

We take great care in packaging our plants for safe delivery. However, as living plants, we cannot guarantee their condition once they leave our nursery in the event of extreme postal delays or mishandling by couriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns. If your plant arrives in poor condition due to a fault on our part, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

For non-plant items (pots, accessories), you may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

6. Nursery Visits

Nursery visits are by appointment only and subject to availability. We ask that you arrive at your booked time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via your booking confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, and plant names — is the property of ZCSucculents unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZCSucculents is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products, beyond the value of the original order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
